Welcome to Chance & Chapters! We’re so excited for you to unwrap your next cozy surprise. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping, delivery, and timelines for your mystery book boxes.


Order Processing

Each Chance & Chapters box is carefully hand-packed with love and plenty of cozy magic.
Please allow 3–15 business days for order processing before your box ships.
During peak seasons, new collection launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we promise it’s worth the wait!


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United Kingdom

  • Europe: Select European countries (availability shown at checkout)

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Average delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on postal service delays, customs processing, or local carrier issues.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, please reach out to us at hello@chanceandchapters.com and we’ll help you track it down.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue refunds for incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Contact your local postal service first, as they may have additional tracking details.

  2. If it’s been more than 21 business days (domestic) or 35 business days (international) since shipping with no delivery, email hello@chanceandchapters.com.

We’ll do our best to assist; however, we can’t be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal issues, customs, or incorrect addresses.


Limited Edition & Seasonal Collections

Each Chance & Chapters collection is limited in quantity and tied to a specific season.
Because of this, we can’t guarantee replacements for lost or damaged boxes once a collection has sold out — though we’ll always do our best to help.


Shipping & Handling Fees

All shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has shipped.


Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s customs office.
