No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Duplicate or previously owned books

• Items that don’t match personal taste or preference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chanceandchapters.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, all sales are final.

Limited Edition & Seasonal Boxes

Each Chance & Chapters collection is produced in limited quantities and tied to a specific seasonal theme. Once a collection sells out, it will not be restocked — so please double-check your order before completing checkout.
