That’s part of the surprise — and we hope the bookish goodies and full experience make it just as magical!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our processing time is 3–15 business days, as each box is hand-packed with care.
Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, and European orders within 4–7 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way!
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because each box is a limited-edition mystery experience,all sales are final.
We don’t accept returns or refunds unless your box arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order.
